Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt) was the most promising phenomenon in the 1990s in FORMULA 1®, after a nasty incident almost ended his career, he has retired from Formula One and now races a Porsches.

An opportunity comes from the owner of a struggling team and his former teammate Ruben Cervantes. He convinces him to make a return to Formula One racing, alongside a hot new rookie teammate Joshua Pearce, for one last chance to be the best in the world.

Sonny’s past catches up with him, and he finds that the road to redemption is not something you can travel alone.
